Dream
First things first...contact us!
Share with us all you’ve been dreaming about. Tell us about your building needs and how you heard about us. We will follow up promptly to schedule an initial discovery consultation. Depending on the size and scope of your project, this initial visit will take place either on your property or at a mutually convenient location.
Plan
After we’ve had our first consultation, it’s time to start planning out the nitty gritty details. Our next visit presents the perfect time for us to really get to know each other and align our vision for the project.
This is also a great time for you to share feedback. Tell us how you’re feeling, ask any lingering questions, and let us walk you through the home build process. We want you to feel unwavering confidence as we move through your new home construction. Our goal is to make the construction process seamless by being your "go to" for all building needs.
Build
The best days of a construction project are (1) the first day our team arrives at your home or property site and (2) the day after we leave. By this point, we will have received your permit(s), ordered all the building materials, and coordinated our calendars.
When the time comes, our team will schedule a pre-construction meeting to once again confirm that our plans align with your expectations. Day one of any build can sometimes seem hectic and chaotic at times, but trust us! We’ve done this many times before.
Enjoy
As we said above, the best day will be the one after our team has left. It’s time to RELAX – kick off your shoes, move in your furniture, invite friends and family to see your new beach or golf course house, or take a few days off at the beach.
But our relationship doesn’t need to stop there!
Once we’ve finished our work, we extend the invitation to all our homeowners to reach out to us if you need advice on any future building projects or needs.
